H & MR accessories (est. 2016) supplies factory-direct labels, packaging, and garment trims from Dhaka — with in-house production and OEKO-TEX certified raw materials.
Raw materials are sourced from Hong Kong; goods are designed in Motijheel and produced in our own units. We focus on new product development, custom trims, reliable quality, and on-time delivery for apparel brands and factories.

Factory direct
Items are designed in the office and sent by electronic communication to the company's own production facility, where goods are produced in time, under the supervision of skilled dedicated staff. From the factory, goods are delivered direct to clients' required destination. The highest priority is to provide what the client wants as quickly as possible.
Customer service
Personnel keep very good communication with the designated personnel of buyers (Factories / Buying Houses) to keep them informed of order status. The executive team is always checking mails to see comments, new orders or any changes required, taking immediate action. The status of ordered accessories is updated through mobile communication and e-mail.
Your expectation
Orders are shipped the day they are asked to be delivered, or even earlier if requested. When items take longer to develop, staff work overnight to produce and deliver in time. The delivery team works 24 x 7 so that working-time can not be an excuse for proper delivery. Trims must be ready at hand before the garments production teams plan or start their job.
